Our Heating Services
Based in Cheadle, we install over 500 boilers a year – making us experts in heating services here in Stockport & across East Cheshire.
We are Gas Safe, OFTEC and FMB registered and our engineers are all friendly, clean, tidy and reliable. We are a local, family run business that takes care of our customers.
Annual boiler servicing is a wise precaution, we can ensure that your current system is operating to peak performance, ensure against Carbon Monoxide leaks and prolong its lifespan. Regular maintenance can also help prevent a heating system breakdown which can be expensive and never welcome.
Landlord Gas Safety
As a landlord you should be aware that you are responsible for the safety of your tenants. Your legal duties apply to a wide range of accommodation occupied under a lease or licence, including (but not limited to):
Residential premises provided for rent by local authorities, housing associations, private sector landlords, co-operatives, hostels
Rooms, let in bed-sit accommodation, private households, bed and breakfast accommodation and hotels
Rented holiday accommodation such as chalets, cottages, flats, caravans and narrow boats on inland waterways
The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 outline the duties of landlords to ensure gas appliances, fittings and chimneys/flues provided for tenants are safe.
We offer a prompt and reliable gas landlord inspection service. All CP12 gas landlord safety certificates are sent via email on the same day.
We are Gas Safe Registered
Add Heat takes gas safety seriously. All of our engineers
are on the Gas Safe Register and will have their
official identity card when you ask to see it.
Gas Safe Register is the official gas safety organisation in Great Britain.
It replaced CORGI on 1st April 2009. Gas Safe Register is responsible for the registration and regulation of gas engineers. Membership is mandatory for any company or engineer working with gas appliances.
We are OFTEC Registered
